Based on the popular Disney Channel Original Movies, Disney’s Descendants: The Musical is a brand-new musical comedy featuring the beloved characters and hit songs from the films!

It is present-day, and in the kingdom of Auradon, all of Disney’s beloved heroes and royalty are living happily ever after, safe from the terrifying villains and troublesome sidekicks they have banished to the magic-free Isle of the Lost. That is until Ben, the benevolent teenage son of Belle and King Adam (The Beast), offers a chance of redemption for the troublemaking offspring of the evilest villains. Mal, Evie, Jay and Carlos – the children of Maleficent, the Evil Queen, Cruella De Vil, and Jafar – are welcomed to Auradon Prep to attend school with the children of their parents’ sworn enemies. Now entering a completely foreign world and way of life, the four Villain Kids have a difficult choice to make: should they follow in their parents’ wicked footsteps or learn to be good?

Students who plan on auditioning for our production are invited to attend a free dance workshop taught by our choreographer and dance instructor Alex Self! This workshop is August 16th, 6:00 PM-8:00 PM. Masks must be worn while inside the studio.

We will begin our production with a series of Descendants workshops in which the students will learn music, choreography, and have the opportunity to read for several roles. After a few workshops, we will choose which roles the students will be playing, and we will begin rehearsals in which we stage the show.

We will have main rehearsals on Wednesdays and Saturdays beginning August 22nd.
Wednesdays, 6:00 PM-8:00 PM
Saturdays, 4:00 PM-6:00 PM

We will also have some rehearsals on Sundays and Fridays 6:00 PM-8:00 PM for smaller scenes. Depending on which scene we will be rehearsing these days will determine which actors will be called.

Performances are scheduled at our outdoor performance venue at the same location as our studio. The audience can safely spread out and enjoy the show.
We will be performing
Friday, October 23rd- 6:30 PM
Saturday, October 24th- 2:00 PM
