Auditions for The Snow Princess

Young Actors Playhouse, Georgia’s largest children’s theatre organization, is holding open auditions for children grades K-8th for “The Snow Princess,” an original musical by YAP Artistic Director, Don Goodner.

To keep herself out of the dungeon for stealing Frostberries from the Royal Frost Berry Patch, an old Witch brings to life for the childless King and Queen, a girl made out of snow that they might call their own. The only problem is that the Snow Princess will melt when the spring comes.

The show will feature a cast of 20 kids, grades K-8. There is a lot of fun music and emotional moments. We are looking for strong singers.

This is one of our production-based theater classes. Students will learn singing, acting, and dancing while performing in a full length play. Everyone who registers will be cast in the show and will have an appropriate amount of lines and singing based on their skill and experience.
